The portal

Dear patient,
you and your referrers can now access your findings and images via this page. The data will be available for 30 days and then automatically deleted. As a patient, you will have your own access to each examination. The associated access data is available on an extra printout in your folder, which also contains your CD. The access data change for each individual examination.

You can then use this access to pass on these images and the associated findings to other doctors.

You can also delete this data yourself in the practice portal at any time (otherwise this will be done automatically 30 days after the examination).

You as a patient can also determine for each examination whether the report is ready and print it out at any time.

How does the practice portal work?

You simply log in to the patient portal with your login data (located in the folder with the pictures). Here you will find a help function that explains all the options. The menu can be reached via the “person symbol”. Just select the help function.
